Ashlynn Brewer’s Reviews > The Painted Bird > Status Update

so far in my book the boy has been through a lot and he is currently chained up and has to watch things go by, recently he was with a bird catcher who painted birds and let them go to be attacked by the other birds which in meaning means that the little boy is the painted bird and is being attacked by other people based on his looks and differences.

So far I really like the book and I can tell that its going to be very traumatic and sad. its also a little weird to be because it has so many different people and different things going on, but I like the differences.
