The main character, Lilith, is a very scared human survivor of Earth’s devastation. She is with a group of aliens who are very different from humans. Due to her fear she sees what is going on and is very negative about it.
I’m sticking out this book so far hoping that Lilith sees the world more positively.

After a rough start it’s gotten pretty good. Earth has decayed to where aliens had to rescue the remaining people. We follow one who is freaked out by just about everything. It seems this may be a book to finish.
