So a bit over 10% in and we've got an abusive, stalking, harassing ex-fiancee, a woman who just graduated from academia running out of town to escape said abusive ex and who is constantly thinking "I'm going to be single FOREVER, I'll never find love again!" whilst blaming herself for her ex's cheating and abuse.

Ugh. Can I get back to queer romance? Less cliche, more fluff.
