An excellent high-level survey of major economic development events in history. It is Eurocentric for the sake of scope, but some lectures do touch on Asia and Africa, particularly on the subject of imperialism by the West. It’s a good starting point in economic history, from which the audience can choose to dig deeper into topics that inspire them.
