Kaleigh Gibbons’s Reviews > The Divine Comedy: Inferno - Purgatorio - Paradiso > Status Update

I feel a little bad thinking it, but "Paradiso" is a drag.

Unfortunately, because Purgatory is not nearly as captivating as Inferno, I am moving rather slowly.

Dante was putting all sorts of folks on blast in Inferno! Really grateful for the detailed footnotes.

Read the Rev. Henry Cary translation for the first 17 cantos until it occurred to me to seek out a better one. Switched over to the Mandelbaum, which is much more readable.
