Why am I reading this? Ayayay. I hate when books that could potentially be interesting are written for white US housewives. Even the audiobook cover art makes me mad. It’s like… of nothing. It’s fabric wrapped around an amorphous blob that I cannot identify as human in any part. And how are these 4 parents all so effing totally clueless about their own lives (not to mention adoption)?!?
