I’m really loving how they choose to characterize Agnes as extremely self centered not just through her Marie Antoinette-ish inclinations/carnal pleasures but also through her spoken dialogue being literally the only spoken dialogue in the book. She’s so incredibly unsettling and relatable at the same time, this is incredible writing and I can’t put it down

This book is *so* Carrie Bradshaw if she was raised by Patrick Bateman, it’s incredible. 11/10 prose, lots of jaw drops, and very surreal. It’s making me yearn for indie sleaze
