Thoughts so far: Isabella is so fake, and this book is weirdly so real and relatable despite its original publishing date. For example: the awkwardness of showing up to a party and knowing nobody there? Main characters really into reading novels but afraid to say they read fiction for fear of public shaming? Say less.
