This is SUCH a well written series. The plot is clearly thought out from the beginning with so many intertwining threads. The three POVs are different enough to keep you interested but all move the story along. Tahir’s writing is beautiful and full of emotion. I thought I loved the second book but this one is even better!!!

I’m confused by how the different classes of people are distinguished? They don’t have identifying characteristics and there’s a ton of variation in each group, but somehow the characters can look at someone and tell which class they’re apart of??

What keeps this series interesting is that every character is just a little bit stupid
