This has me curious. Your going back to a small town where, when you were a child your father kidnapped a young girl. You told on him to the sheriff, so your family hates you, to the point you're an outcast. And, in this romantic suspense the romance involves you and the older brother of the girl who was kidnapped! That's gotta be awkward🙄

Ok, now that we've gotten a little deeper into Hayes and Everly's headspace, things are making a lot more sense to me. I can not say enough how much I completely and totally despise Everly's family!!!😡

Ok Hayes might not be all bad🙄. He can definitely be a jerk but, he did apologize and actually mean it. All's not what it seems with his family Everly's family just gets worse and worse

Now that there is more development and personal history I have to say Everly's family is completely off the freaking charts. I'm not a violent person but, they clearly need some throat punches and junk shots! I'm liking Hayes's family although I'm still giving him the stink eye.

Starting ch 6. Everly has managed to break my heart. Hayes is a a$$hat. The uncle!?! Obviously at this point I don't have all the details but the uncle😡, not liking him at all!!!!
