the constant hopping between the characters' lifes (not point of view, though, cause the book is in third person) makes me invested into one girl the most and then into another girl the next chapter. i wouldn't say that i like it... i'd rather prefer different books from different characters' points of view/lives, like in chestnut springs by elsie silver.
now i am the most interested in penny/alex situation, not indy

7 chapters in and i love it so far.

i am unsure, though, who the main character is... like i mean i know it's penny and alex, but the storyline diverts so much to others, like indy and etc.

i really love indy! i think she is my fav character there. penny is also really interesting and i like her, but indy feels closer and hits harder.

so far so good! exactly what i looked for. an easy booktok read with some steam and spice here and there
