Part II done. I had to reread the part about the 'urchins' and the 17-year-old consumptive, which reminded me why I put this book down in the first place. It makes no sense to me as to why the rich people all stopped in their tracks to hear out a coughing ruffian. But having moved past it now, I am again enjoying the book haha
