Okay, so I was thinking about the mohalata guide agony scene that murbella has. Now, bellonda tells Murbella to keep one hand on the ship, and thats basically towards the way she was getting lost in other memory. I held onto this thing and i just thought, wouldnt it be cool to view sheeana and duncan taking off on this ship, thats been here for a while now, to completely depart to a new future?

I think as facedancers their identity is a good insert for an author with the whole we harness personas thingy. OMG I JUST HADD A THOUGHT

And the end chaoter w marty and daniel… breathtaking. Theyve really broken from all cycles and i saw a read on it as a meta commentary on not only the charactes brwaking away from the cyclical structures of society but the author and his wife freeing the characters from the story too. So as an ending i think its perfect, funnily enough. I saw someone say it was an ode to the unknown, and reading it now. I agree

I love this ending. Stealing the van gogh painiting i feel represents how darwis design lwk translated over to sheeana and duncan and shit whereas the bg and hm theyre lwk not really needing a grip on the past now bc there is a new reminder of humanity to be found amongst themselves

I like how the new era well see is said to not be 100% bitter to come in but some people may choke

I think they defy expectations, and it sort of represents to me ss i have found a common theme in most books ive read that the yunger generation takes a step that mves on from the patterns and actions of the previous generation.
