I was right. It has to do with her grief (kinda) and now that she’s letting it go I feel more optimistic

What does this woman have against her daughter?? Why is everything her fault even when it isnt. Am I just not a fault person? Does everyone else get it??

I wonder if the infestation has to do with her guilt over the death of her father and the ways that has impacted her relationship with her mom and sisters. And/or if the town perception will play a role. Still super untrusting of max

I’m sorry, how is this supposed to be Scarlet’s fault? She didnt wanna do it, her sisters knew she was thinking about their dad, they convinced her to do it which seems like a definite lack of full focus even if it worked. And then it faltered because of grief ??

Oh I am so sure that Maximillian has something to do with the magic mishaps. He has real magic, some kind of charisma or something and Luna has fallen into it and is also somehow a part of this albeit due to a manipulation

I’m definitely getting the Luke/Loralai vibes. And I’m hoping it doesn’t become a multi book will they wont they thing. Scarlet has a lot of sarcasm and its fun. So far deeply invested even tho I am also deeply sleepy!
