Maybe I'm only capable of moving in cycles and
never moving forward. And I'm here now. Back to square one. Stuck in an overwhelming feeling of
hopelessness that seems to come out of nowhere and is always successful at devouring me whole. It's like I've been chewed up and spit out, when really, I'm just frozen. Even changing clothes feels
like the heaviest of the tasks. Why is this happening? Why can't I do better?
