“Pencils down.”
Why am I crying at two words?!?

I’m in love with a fictional character within a fictional character, it’s double level meta-ness and it’s SO good. He’s so bantery and quippy. LOVE.

If you don’t like the Duke of Chicago books, don’t read them,” I said. “But leave them for the rest of us.” THIS!!! I will never understand people who read books they don’t enjoy or complain about books they have never read, read what you like and stop making people feel bad! You don’t have to like everything 🙄

Literally already such a Mandy book-the famous book references, the idea of jumping into stories, being in love with fictional characters - and Pops?! My love for old men is undeniable.
