I’ve just found out the main character is from Amsterdam.
His last name is Van Helsing.
This kid is LITERALLY Abraham Van Helsings (THE DUTCH VAMPIRE HUNTER IN DRACULA BY BRAM STOKER) son.
i can only assume that this story is about vampires.
