Be impeccable with your word. The word sticks with those around us for a while. Harsh comments can create a sad reality to others, forming an agreement of negative feelings towards oneself, aka the sin of self judgement. Gossiping can cause harm too. Avoiding it and using word wisely can create a better society. Overall, the word is very powerful! Using it thoughtfully with care can bring acceptance, peace, and hope.

“Death is not the biggest fear we have; our biggest fear is taking the risk to be alive.” We judge ourselves so harshly trying to be perfect, while also expecting others to never make mistakes. That is impossible, we are only human. This one life we are given should be of our own. Not what we think we should be, but becoming our truest self. The greatest accomplishment is being authentic and accepting!

When we are young, we simply agree. Agree with schools, parents, and others in the community. We don’t get to choose our name, language, or religion. We don’t have the power to disagree at a young age, because it is taught to listen or be punished. It is NOT our duty to follow the dream society has for us. We have a personal quest to find our own beliefs, visions, and aspirations. Love over judgment.
