This is sososo intriguing, I didn’t expect the romance to be quite prevalent but it’s done so well, and the story telling is slowly becoming my favourite…

The action is so well written and genuinely visceral wow.
I have to tamper down bc why tf am I clutching my kindle wide-eyed in public, I genuinely forget people can see me… 😭
But I’m loving this! And surprisingly, with my packed schedule, I’m making some good progress. (๑>◡<๑)

Holy lore drop!!
The more I progress, the more I understand why people stuck through the beginning, you pretty much adjust to the narrative style and seem to forget that he’s just recalling his past and it gets super immersive! Hope to finish this soon ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀ ᵕ ˉ͈́ )✧

I need to stop forgetting to log my current reads on here … I started this a couple weeks ago but wasn’t invested enough because of the narration style (seriously, he’s just recounting his life to someone in his cell) however I reached part II and I’m actually kinda enjoying it now and it’s perfect for the season bc who doesn’t love vampires !! 🧛🏼‍♂️
