Okay, now Dawn is just being annoying. I never understand the plot lines where the girls get really close to someone they will only know for a week. And she is hanging out with some random guy who hates kids and wanted to play ping pong just to dunk on them, and Dawn agreed?? That's so dumb. And the way she is treating Kristy is so rude.

Dawn: Her whole thing with Kristy is interesting and makes sense, but unfortunately she Dawn doesn't have that much to her character. The whole crush thing is soooooo not needed. I bet he was way too old for her in the original book. I'm just glad there isn't too much romance in this book. They do that a lot in the original series. I have never been a big fan of Dawn, so maybe I'm just a hater.

Mary Anne: I love her relationship with Stacy and watching her take care of the Pike kids. The whole actress thing at first felt really gay, but then I realized that she has a boyfriend. Still have hopes though.

Karen: I actually don't understand why she needed her own section. She's not that interesting to the point I would want to follow her around for a whole chapter. The nail salon thing was cute, and I'm glad Kristy wasn't upset, but I can't imagine how she would add that much to the story.

Kristy: It feels so weird having her be so upset over Dawn being...neat? Like, out of all the issues she could have, Dawn being too neat is one of them. I understand that it's because Kristy doesn't like having someone be so controlling over her space, but in a vacuum it just seems like she's being the opposite of a perfectionist.
