Here’s a live report from the trenches of literary suffering. 🦶🐛 So far, we’ve had burned toast, a tragic kitten, questionable parenting, and a supernatural foot worm named Mung Bean. Everyone tells me this book is wonderful. I’m still waiting. At this point, the foot worm has more personality than the protagonist.
