Mr. King, you delight me. This book is a treasure, and I’m so grateful King sat down to write it way back in ‘97. This is the golden text for any writer, and I have come to greatly respect King for his craftsmanship. Maybe I’ll even pick up one of his books, even though I am not the one for horror. But just to soak up the craft in action, I most likely will.

As expected, after 25% mark I could not put the book down. As the character of Stephen grew and evolved (and as his dreadful early 20s were coming to a close) I found myself relating to him much more, and now I’m truly interested in hearing his thoughts and being inside his head. I expect to be finished with the book quite soon.
