I cannot get enough of this book i love jake’s character. this is reminding me so much of Crime and Punishment! Jake thought that doing the “right” thing would give him permission to not feel guilty but it is eating him alive. Now someone knows the truth and hes scared its going to ruin the life that he wanted forever. I LOVE IT!! Hes literally Raskolnikov i think talentedtom is probably anna or alice!

He’s miserable because he isn’t the famous and the successful writer he thought he was going to be. He hates his job, he hates his life, he wants more. Now the a-hole student actually has a good plot/book idea that is going to give him the life Jake always wanted. I think Jake is going to steal the idea. I love how it talks about books/writing!! I’m really curious as to what happens next.
