Why is Reagan’s nickname “Rags?” If anything, it would be “Reags.” Why would anyone call their daughter “Rags?”

Why does the author keep calling the lead character dumb? It’s the author that’s dumb, not the character. How did Friedkin make it far enough into this book to make a classic movie?

I think the author himself must have a brain lesion for all the nonsense medical advice he’s giving.

People die because they “get tired?” What kind of nonsense is the author talking about? He’s never heard of “sleep?” Normal people get tired every night, something must be wrong with author.

Author thinks he’s a doctor. Has no idea what he’s talking about. Not sure who would believe this hack. Stick to exorcisms and remove the misinformed medical advice. Do not read if you’re in the medical field, it’ll just make you angry.
