I swear the further I get into this book the more stupid I believe vasalie to be

Weird that Vasalie has no problem killing or betraying anyone who has shown her any kindness but is willing to damn the world for the brother of the man who lied to and manipulated and essentially kidnapped and tortured her.

Really don’t know why anton and Amelia care/cared for vasalie so much. Even Ilian has some weird obsession with her. I’m yet to figure out what is so special about her.
