The door of the inn opened slowly, causing everyone to turn their heads and blink into the light. In the doorway stood a tall, lean figure dressed in a vintage rifleman tunic, grey cavalry breeches with red piping down the side, and high leather boots. Never, it's a perfect meme!
Yes, it is. But it's used when smth isn't doing what it's supposed too, but since it's so cute you go with it. For example the cute cat which wants to claw you senseless, you say "Yes, please" 'cuz it's so darned cute... All in all you SO HAVE MISUSED it!
There's no written rules of how to use this image and it fits the point perfectly. Since it's not meant to be a meme it should be considered a plain image, like the ones we use in our reviews, etc. Thus it's properly used.
This debate reminds me of How I met your mother :)) every time Marshal(one of the characters) won a debate he'd say lawyered :))

Yeah Barney is the best between them. The end of this season was bad though :/ I hate it when they get too much into drama
