You know you've entered a book funk when you don't even want to start A Destiny of Dragons for fear your funk will rub off on a book you've been wanting to read for nearly a year. Sam and Ryan deserve better!

Oooohhhh, I can't wait to read that book though! It's in my queue, you'll have to tell me if it's as good as I hope it is!

I'm super torn about starting this book. The Lightning-Struck Heart is the first book I ever listened to in audiobook format without having already read the book first (I frequently have a hard time telling when narrators change characters even when I listen to a book I'm already familiar with so I figured it would be even worse trying to listen to a book I'd never read before). But for one reason or another I listened to the book first and fell in absolute fan-girl love with Michael Lesley (he's a narrating genius). I did end up buying the book, too, but haven't READ read it yet, just listened. Now I'm sorta afraid to READ this new book but I'm also not sure if I can wait months and months for the audiobook like it said in Klune's blog post.
