Would be interesting to see levels of unemployment in regards to what the North-South divide is like in 2017. Unemployment is generally low but it is highly likely that many are simply under-employed - still a highly relevant book, explains the root of attitudes towards those on the dole and why being on the dole can become a norm for generations of a family.
