This audiobook narrator though. Ugh! She made Hephaestus sound like a cross between Grover from Sesame Street and a cliched Hollywood Boston mobster with a speech deficit after having smoked twelve packs of cigarettes a day for thirty years. :/

I'm listening to the audiobooks of this series. I am enjoying the story itself but the narrator leaves much to be desired. She's constantly mispronouncing words; every time she reads the word "ally/allies" and pronounces them as "alley/alleys" I cringed inwardly.

This is such an engaging book series. You know you're enjoying a particular series when you're already on book three and it hasn't even been a week yet since you finished the first one! ^__^
