To be honest, I saw this cookbook before and scoffed at it simply because it is written by Gwyneth Paltrow. Today, I found it in a clearance bin and started flipping through it and was pleasantly surprised. She is all about healthy, unprocessed foods and she actually goes about it in all the right ways. I am excited to try some of these recipes. They sound amazing!
