Odd. The book could easily have been split in two: 1) a deeply personal reflection on the human impulse to control one's destiny and 2) a nonfiction work on the history and future of geoengineering and weather modification, complete with pithy interviews with leading scientists. As is, #1 and #2 are blended together seamlessly, without chapter or section divisions, which could lead to either charm or frustration.

Great, and indescribable. I wish the author had inserted a few more chapter breaks, however.
