Chapter on the "missional witness" was somewhat thin, I think -- relying too heavily on the category of Christendom and putting rather too much of a pro-"sectarian" spin on things. Some good thoughts here -- particularly in its use of principalities and powers language -- but I would have to do some further work to determine precisely how it fits into my own sense of theological idiom.
