This is a huge struggle for me. I love Bob Thurman, but many of his teachings are inaccessible for me and all of his guided meditations in this book assume an immersion in Tibetan Buddhism that I don't have. I found Tad Wise's description of the trip to be delightful, but struggle with the teaching components.
