Very flat characters. A lot of time spent on minor characters from other books in the series that the author wrote. Virtually no external conflict. Everyone in town wants the to protagonist to be together and the protagonist want to be with each other too. Neither of them think that the other ones to be with them though. Even at a short 250 Pages it is hard to read through that. Garage sale pile.
