Mark and I tried to get through this on our drive west. Tough to listen to. Think I'd like it better reading. What do you think of it so far?

So far, it's interesting. I like WWII-era books. Still too early to tell, though I am reading more than a few pages at a time without falling asleep!

I couldnt finish it before I had to return it to the library!!!

I did my best after the drive together listening. Didn't make it.....about 120 pages left before mine expired to library too.

Let's make a pact to finish it by Christmas!
