THsi is an OK book compiled from interviews with well-known web entrepreneurs. Each is collated into chapters on similar themes. The examples are so varied and different that the message is wide-ranging. I didn't learn much from it. Not a guide for newbies, but may give some ideas to you if you're already active online for business.
