Why is it that when authors want to write strong, independent women they so often just write a raging bitch instead? This heroine is so unlikeable that she just go angry at someone for 'telling her what to do,' when he suggested she lock her windows after being told the homicidal villain is coming to her home. I seriously dislike her.
