I have to laugh because when I first read this book I balked at the social action plan, but now I realize what little time 15 minutes is

I just realized how very British that title is.

I like his tips about finding someone who makes you feel good and also of asking people to bring new people when you hang out

This book with a crazy title was recommended to me by my library app but it actually seems to have a similar premise to the 36 question experiment.
