This book started off annoying for me. Seemed to follow so many stereotypes, the pretty girl is so stupid, the boy says the girl is ugly and her whole self worth is gone. Feels like she is going to fall for the jerk of a guy who is not really a jerk. Giving it time to develop, interested to see what happened to the girl Jack is protecting and taking care of.
