I've made it to page 12 and wish to burn it in the fire pit. It's completely left-leaning and lacks any professional attempt at bipartisanship in its writing.

The authors are clearly in love with the failed ACA and the Liberal's ideals that it repeatedly touts as good and wholesome.

Worse still it states "persuading he audience to behave the way you want is ultimate power" on page 11. That smacks of socialism.
