So they're talking about gastropubs, I actually had to look that term up. I had never heard it before. I'm thinking about tons of people drinking beer and farting LOL
In this quote, They're talking about people who buy organic foods and that little subculture that goes with it.

This is not exactly as exciting as I had expected. There's a lot of jabber. What is and what is not considered grunge. There's so much mention of Nirvana. What about Alice in Chains? I listened to "in a nutshell" so many times that I could not even tell you how quickly I burned out that tape. And later on that CD. Alice in Chains was one of the most impressive bands of my years. They left a mark on me like no other.
