The US spends TRILLIONS of $$ on wasted procedures that do not prolong life, do cause unmeasurable harms, and will not eliminate death. But hey, there's money to be harvested.

Stop doing PSA tests abd mammograms. Fix the dumb American diet. Spend $ on education and infrastructure and the Peace corp. Let the living care for the living and stop trying to cure death.
