I started taking a supplement and the reviews on amazon kept talking about the books by this author so I thought I would check it out. I think the info in here is helpful but a little too complicated for me. I am not going to start taking 12 supplements multiple times a day in the hopes of being in a better mood. She also really pushes the meat-eating and as someone who eats very little meat it was a turn off.
