I'm feeling confused because Of the synopsis. Max is the sole POV and says in the synopsis that he's not the one that falls in love but reading this book...he's the one showing all signs of the one who's falling. Not having Kendra's POV makes it a little one sided but everything we see from Max's POV shows she is the one keeping this no strings thing going.
