This book started off pretty slow but now it's starting to get good by Hank Lowery getting charged with murder. Kate (Hank's boss) doesn't believe that Hank would do such a thing. So, Kate is doing everything in her power to prove that Hank is not guilty.

To be honest this book started off pretty slow, but now it's starting to get good by Hank Lowery being accused of murder. Kate (Hank's boss) doesn't believe that Hank would do such a thing. So she is trying everything in her power to convince the jury not to hang Hank.
