Would you recommend this for aging parents?

I am about halfway through the book and I think it could be helpful to anyone facing downsizing for any reason. Peter talks about the many reasons for downsizing and how having the right mindset can help ease the process. That being said, I think that if the reader wasn't at least a little motivated/leaning towards downsizing, they might not see the value in this method. As I have been reading it, I have wondered if it would be helpful for a friend's parent who is struggling with the process.
