Super interesting so far, like a low-key Game of Thrones
But one line made me cringe...
"Adelaide had been blessed by the goddess Lynnae with the best gift yet, beauty."
After explaining she could contROL MINDS?!
I mean I know that in the middle ages beauty was the best asset bla bla
BUT SHE CAN READ AND CONTROL MINDS!!!
Best Gift Yet? Ha nah...
