I'm disappointed in this book so far. For some reason, it's written in the past tense and the third person. Trumble's first book (my least favourite of the three I've read) was also written in the third person, but the other two were in the first, and they've all three been present tense. Into the Skid doesn't feel like reading a book from the same author I just finished reading and loved. I hope it gets better.
