Generation Z (those born since 1995) are the largest living generation, making up 25.9% of the US population. By 2020 they will make up 40% of all consumers.

The problem is, we like the mission to be about us. And this has caused a spiritual narcissism to invade the church. You hear it in the words people utter when they walk out of a service and say, "I didn't get anything out of that today."
