I'm really enjoying this! Here's a paraphrase of my favorite bit (pg 181). It's Jesus saying all He wants from ppl is that they trust Him, grow in loving ppl w/the same love He has given, & that it's Holy Spirit's job - not ours - to change/convince ppl to the Truth. That frees us to love ppl w/o agenda which displays Christlikeness that can lead/inspire the recipients into genuine/sacrificial love, holiness & power.
